(including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in

reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the
unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product
description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your
contract with BigDollarDiscounts.com only comes into existence when
it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
Prices
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges
displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may
change at any time and are subject to availability.
Goods and Services
("GST") and Other Taxes
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the
rate of 10%. If the delivery address is outside Australia, the GST
component of each price will be deducted after we receive your
order. We will send an email confirming the order amount after
deduction of the GST component.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities
imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation,
any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax
imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from
this website.
Delivery
Please make
sure your address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as
we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and
we are not liable or responsible if you
made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.
We do not
ship any items unless you
supply us with a contact phone number
for the courier.
All of our listed products have a postage calculator, so please look
for your postcode to calculate your correct shipping costs and
include this amount with your final payment.
Exercise equipment will always be based on the per kilo and distance
freight charges, for every item.
There is no discount for multiple items
and NO PICKUPS available.
Dispatch of
goods is during business hours from Monday - Friday.
The items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
Once payment is received we will send you an email informing you
that your goods have been dispatched. If you request shipping
insurance then there is an extra cost of $8.00 within Australia
only.
BigDollarDiscounts.com is at no time responsible for the items once
they are shipped and in possesion of the courier company. On the day
of shipping you will be emailed your TNT tracking number so YOU can
track your item at all times. Even if you have purchased shipping
insurance. All claims must be dealt with by you, directly with TNT
the shipping company.
In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow
up to 10 working days for them to arrive.
If you have not received your item after 5 working days, please
contact us immediately so we can track your item and secure its
location.
We will do everything we can to ensure the delivery of your item is
prompt and in good condition.
All packages leave our warehouse in perfect
condition so if you choose not to get shipping insurance, we can
ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged
goods.
This includes any damage from the courier during delivery.
Please buy if you agree to these terms & conditions.
All sales are final and we offer no returns on items for any reason
other than unrepairable manufacturers faults.
Risk
and Title
BigDollarDiscounts.com will retain title to the products you order
until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk
in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or
collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider
whether to obtain any suitable shipping insurance.
Refunds

a Refund is detailed in its Refunds Policy.

indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting
