WARRANTY

This product comes with a full 2 year warranty which covers all parts and labour. If your product develops a fault due to normal use we will repair the item with replacement parts as required.

The warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We cannot accept COD or unpaid deliveries. Big Dollar Discounts will then return the repaired item to you with return shipping charges prepaid. For larger items, the buyer can opt to return any faulty parts in exchange for new ones.

Where an item cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent.
Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse of the product. This includes not using the item within it's recommended limits, or not adhering to the recommended usage guidelines contained within the product user guide. User weight Limit Max. 110kg.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

As we want to get your new Exercise Bike to you as quickly, cheaply and as safely as possible, we use TNT couriers. As part of this delivery process they require someone to be there to take delivery. If you're not there when the driver turns up he'll leave his details in your letter box so you can call to make another delivery time. To make this process as smooth as possible you must give a contact number if you are the winning bidder. 

Once payment is received we will ship within 24 hours, usually quicker, unless it is a weekend, in which case we ship first thing Monday.

Due to our company security policy we don’t allow pick ups, and we don’t deliver to a Post Office Box. This equipment weighs about 48 kilos so the Post Office won’t allow us to send them there.
